Disciples of Scripture
About
“The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the Word, they quickly fall away.” – Matthew 13:20-21
Disciples of Scripture, also known as DOS is the Discipleship program that missions to disciple young people and teach them how to follow the Lord Jesus Christ in a practical manner. DOS carries out this mission in three ways: biblical teaching, strategic mentorship and practical involvement in the Great Commission. DOS is a 26 weeks program full of interactive teaching on biblical topics that concern the nature of God, the reason Jesus died, prayer, hearing God, spiritual warfare and many other relevant topics. DOS students are also assigned to mentors who will walk with them throughout the program. In addition to this, students are taken out into the streets where they will have the opportunity to put what they have learned to practice and share Jesus with those who may not know Him.
